Seasonal Sourdough Country Loaf
Seasonal Sourdough Country Loaf
Couldn't load pickup availability
A country-style sourdough that changes with the seasons. Right now we're baking roasted tomato: slow-roasted until sweet and jammy with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, then folded through the dough so pockets of it melt into the crumb.
Twenty-four hours of cold fermentation build a deeply burnished, crackling crust and an open, custardy interior with the gentle tang only a wild starter gives you. Tear into it warm, or slice it thick for toast that holds butter like it was built for the job.
The flavour rotates with whatever the season hands us, so every pickup is a little different. Subscribe and let us surprise you.
